Carne Asada - Steak marinated in tequila lime and beef broth, served with garlic green beans.
Pollo – Slow cooked chicken with caramelised red onion
Del Mar – Fish cooked in a batter made with corona, flour & paprika, topped with chipotle slaw and radish.
Tuna Steak – Fresh tuna steak, cooked medium, with thinly sliced romaine.
Toasted tortillas filled with:
Chorizo and Chicken - Spanish chorizo, pulled tinga & sharp cheddar
Gambas – Prawns marinated with chilli, garlic, tequila with mango & cheese
Cordero – Slow cooked lamb, feta, cheese & mint reduction
Vegan/Veg – Red Pepper, black beans, red onion, spinach and your choice of cheddar or vegan cheese.
